Actually, I forgot to add to my previous post: forcing the product sync through “WooCommerce > Facebook > Product Sync” doesn’t work either.

The only action that actually syncs a particular product is editing one of the product’s attributes. But it is a very inefficient way of syncing a large amount of products.

Chronosly support team has solved the problems via direct contact!

It seems another plugin (Simple Share Buttons) was adding HTML code to Chronosly events description, which was causing conflict and page break.

The Testimonials Plugin support team just solved the issue.
Apparently, the problem was caused by checking the option “Enable archives view?” in the “Post Type” tab of Testimonials settings.

It worked just fine!

But I remain with two smaller problems:
1) The vertical align of the menu item with description is different from the others. I tried to add vertical-align:bottom; in the CSS, but it didn’t work.
2) How can I fix the menu item exhibition on mobile devices? It is shown without a space between the words, for instance: “ItemDescription”. I can’t think of a way to add a ‘/’ between them.

Could you help me out with the issues?

Thanks for the response.
I have followed all the steps you suggested:
– I did not modify the theme (I have only changed some localization configuration with Codestyling Localization plugin).
– I deactivated all the plugins, it still didn`t work.
– I also tried to delete the Cheer theme and reinstall a fresh copy. No success with that.

What else can we do?

I’m sorry to flood this thread with so many posts, but as I’m discovering new info, I’m posting it here to clarify the situation.

After setting ‘Main event list url’ and ‘Calendar url’ parameters as empty, and now with the ‘Testimonials Widget’ plugin activated, I don’t get 404 error anymore when I try to access calendar and event list archive pages.
Instead, whenever I navigate towards the calendar/event list or add shortcode with calendar/event list, I go to an archive page with all the post types shown together.

Correction:
I deactivated Testimonials Widget plugin and set the following fields of URL Chronosly configuration as empty:

Main event list url

Calendar url

Then I reseted the permalinks and Chronosly came back to normal behavior.

It is definitely an incompatibility problem between Chronosly and Testimonials Widget plugin.
