My client is able to successfully obtain an access token, and it is shown as working.

Her page is a Facebook page and she created it so she has admin privileges. She is an author and set up the page as such, does that mean it’s a business page or not?

I have tried disabling plugins and a default theme and that does not resolve the issue. I have cleared the cache (for the site and plugin) and regenerated the shortcode.

Hmmm, I’m not sure I like that. The plugin is serving no other purpose at this point than that. If the plugin is deleted, does it remove that information from the databsase? Is there a way to export them out to use them within the .htaccess file?

But would making IPs anonymous affect the function of the plugin since it uses IPs as a way of detecting suspicious activity and then blocking the IP if needed, based on that activity?

It would be ideal if you could disable all search engines so that all reporting is internal and anonymized. This would, I think, keep any/all data local and anonymous. Please correct me if this is otherwise.

David, I’m a bit confused by the wording here:

You indicate 1 of 3 but then list all three.

Which one does Smash Balloon handle data from?
