I’m sorry for the inconvenience! When the “HTTP Status 500” error appears by clicking the chat button it’s mostly a problem with the subdomain. In one of the first emails we send you a subdomain. Could you check if you have used the correct subdomain in the Casengo Plugin? You’ve choosen this subdomain during the sign up process.
