Tried this.
I did had something in the the wp-config.php.
I’ve deleted that.
Now the login page comes up (which didn’t before) but I still can’t login.
I also saw that I have a 404.php file listed in my Graphene theme since last night…
Should that be there?

Yes, I tried that yesterday and then removed it.

I tried to Edit wp-config.php – no help
changed my functions.php – no help

I’m just clueless.
And abova all it drives me crazy not bein able to fix it.
What if I thew everything from my ftp and reuploaded wordpress.
Would that help?

I get this notification:
The page isn’t redirecting properly
Firefox has detected that the server is redirecting the request for this address in a way that will never complete.

And did you upload a fresh copy of WP?

Ipstenu – Yes, I did uploaded a fresh copy. That seemed my only chance ??
I started this adventure at 10am, and was online again at 7pm. Things are working fine, in the old version.
I’ve read so many blogs and posts in the meantime. Learned a lot.
But I don’t think I’ll hit that ‘update’ button very soon.

I had the same thing.
Braking my head over it since this morning…
I got to the point where I can’t login anymore.
Trying to login on the wordpress.com gives me the answer that my Username doesn’t even exists.
So took down everything from my ftp. No result. Lost everything, and cannot even login….
Time to throw in the towel I’d say.
Anyone an idea?
