Thanks it seems that a plugin we installed called Easy WP SMTP is causing the form to not submit.
The reason we installed this plugin was that we didn’t want our emails to end up in people spam by sending an email to the default WordPress host.
Do you have a better plugin suggestion or have any idea how to solve this problem.
