Hey @techwpdrift, this should now be fixed with the most recent updates to Ultimate Dashboard & Ultimate Dashboard PRO ??

In reply to: [Ultimate Dashboard - Custom WordPress Dashboard] Needs minimum of 2 cpuHey @miky990t, thank you for your review! With the latest update, we have significantly improved the performance of our Admin Menu Editor, which is the part we think was causing this issue for you.
Feel free to update both, Ultimate Dashboard and Ultimate Dashboard PRO and let us know how it goes ??
Cheers,

In reply to: [Ultimate Dashboard - Custom WordPress Dashboard] php 8 compatibility? We should be fully compatible as we develop everything under PHP8+. How did you trigger this error? We were not able to replicate this on our end.
With the plugin being removed, the redirects would also be disabled. This is a strange one honestly. My first guess is that this is realted to the hosting, I’d try to reach out to them to check if they can look into this further.

In reply to: [Ultimate Dashboard - Custom WordPress Dashboard] Settings not appearingYou can check the browser console, do you get any Javascript errors?
Hey Taz,
I just replied to the initial ticket you’ve sent in ??
Cheers,
DavidI’m not 100% sure if I understand this correctly but to activate your license on one of your websites, you would simply follow the steps outlined here – https://ultimatedashboard.io/docs/installation-license-activation/
Not having your domain connected to the site previously isn’t an issue. If we detect a domain name change, there should pop up a warning in your admin area, asking you to re-validate your license key.
If you have activated the license key before mapping it to your domain, you can either hit the “Re-validate” button under Ultimate Dash -> License in your WordPress backend or follow these steps:
- Remove your license key
- hit save
- re-enter your license key
- hit save (not activate!)
- after the page has refreshed, hit activate
I hope that answered your question. If not, please let me know ??
Cheers,

In reply to: [Page Builder Framework] Back to top buttonThere’s a Javascript error on the home page related to siteground optimizer. That’s very likely the cause of the issue.

DavidIn Swift SMTP, do you have the content type set to Plain Text or HTML?
Both, the Header & Footer are not coming from Swift SMTP, so I’m guessing there’s another plugin at play here.
By default, Swift SMTP has the email type set to plain text, to match WordPress’ default emails. If switching to HTML, all the emails will have to be formatted properly under the “Welcome Email Editor” tab to use HTML.
Just to double-check. You are in the Swift SMTP tab when trying to send the test email, not the Welcome Email Editor tab, is that correct?
Can you elaborate on where the error message appears? Does your email sending service actually allow sending without authentification?
The error message here points to a line where we simply load a file from the plugin. That doesn’t make much sense at first glance. Still trying to figure out what the issue is here. What version of GF do you have installed? Does reinstalling Swift SMTP and Gravity Forms make any difference?
