What version of Page Builder Framework (and if, Premium Add-On) do you have installed?

Also, please try clearing the font cache under Appearance -> Theme Settings to see if that makes any difference.

I’m not entirely sure about the first part of your request. If I understood this correctly, you would like the design of the WordPress admin to look similar to Elementors interface? With Ultimate Dashboard we try to stay “true to WordPress” in terms of the branding & design options we offer. Applying a complete different design would result in 3rd party plugin incompatibilities for instance.

Regarding your first reply, this is something we have added to our roadmap and plan to implement in the near future. Thank you for your feedback! ??

I just had a look at your purchase records and it seems that you’ve placed your initial order on the 27th of April, 2023. After that, you’ve upgraded your license to the 5-site plan on January 31, 2024.

The final license key upgrade to the unlimited plan was made on March 13, 2024.

I have now extended your expiration date for the unlimited plan manually to match your most recent license key upgrade (+1 year of course). Your license should now be valid until March 13, 2025.

I wonder if this is a bug in the Easy Digital Downloads software that we’re using as the expiration date was updated successfully on your first license key upgrade – but not the second one.

I’ll definitely keep an eye on this.

Also, thank you for pinging me here. I’ve talked to Vipul about this a couple weeks back but the ticket must have gotten closed by accident from what I can see.

Everything should work as expected now. If not, please reply to this ticket ??

Ultimate Dashboard version 3.8.1 addresses and fixes this issue. This was caused by a change in the most recent WordPress core release (6.6.1).
