    Wow!!! That was fast!

I just completed a chat with my hosting company’s support. I copied and pasted what you suggested in hopes they’d know how to fix it. The support tech assured me they’ll handle it in the next 30 minutes, and things should work fine after that.

THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR YOUR HELP, AND FOR RESPONDING SO QUICKLY!!!! Absolutely amazing!!

Thank you DearHive for responding so quickly!! I still have a question though. I understand what you wrote in your reply, but if you type in https://themillengroup.com, it will automatically redirect you to https://themillengroup.com. Since that’s the case, I’m not sure I completely comprehend what your solution is??

How do I make sure that all http requests are properly redirected? Is that a THEME issue, or a HOSTING issue?

Thank you very much for your help!!

UPDATE!!! I figured out that the updated version was creating a conflict with another plugin that I rarely use. So I deleted that plugin, and rolled back my JetPack CRM version to the previous one…and now everything seems to be working again! I’ll keep testing it, but for now, I think we’re okay. Sorry for any inconvenience!

Thanks again for a wonderful plugin!! We get positive comments about it all the time!! : )

I had the same problem. ALL form submissions were being sent to customers’ junk folders. To correct that, you’ll need to add an SMTP plugin. They’re being sent to junk folders because the form submission emails are not coming directly from your email account like when you send an email normally, but rather they’re being sent by the form, and your junk filters can’t tell whether your email address has been hacked. There are several SMTP plugins to choose from. The one I downloaded was from the same company that also has a forms program (popular, but not as good as this one in my opinion, and they charge a TON more!) In any case, their SMTP plugin solved the problem completely, and now ALL form entries are received in our client’s normal email, and not sent to junk. It’s your only workaround(unless you enjoy checking and sifting through miles of junk mail for the ones you want.) LOL! Anyway, hope this helps!!

    Thanks for the response!

Currently using PHP version 7.4.14 with WordPress 5.6.41.

There are no particular steps taken to produce the error. In fact, I can not even visit the site to do any edits and come back several days later to find more entries in the debug log like the ones mentioned above. It seems like the line numbers provided in the error messages would provide some sort of hint as to the cause of the error???

This will be boring for most people to read, but may be of some use to your support staff. This is the entire DEBUG.LOG for 1/17/21 – 1/19/21:

Note that the hg_manage.php file (per hostgator) is used to facilitate logging in from their backend admin panel, since their Optimized WordPress hosting doesn’t come with cpanel. Those errors don’t appear to have anything to do with the flipbook errors.

I hope the above helps? Oh, also…I’m using The7 theme from Dream-Themes so I don’t know if there’s a conflict there or not, but they’re one the largest selling authors and The7 has a huge install base.

    I appreciate your help!
