I wouldn’t add more than 100 keywords to the Reporter. Also, I’d use Firefox or Chrome. Let me know if you’re still having this problem as I’ve made a few updates since you last posted.

I’ve learned that this problem relates to your host. Some hosts will block sending email to multiple email addresses or to addresses that aren’t your site’s domain (e.g., sending to a gmail address). They do it to discourage spammers.

I’ve changed the mail function to send a plain message (as opposed to an HTML message) if your host blocks your site from sending multiple messages or to addresses that aren’t your domain.

Let me know if you’re still having problems.

I’ve seen the problem and am working on it currently.

Try deactivating then reactivating the plugin.

Are you getting traffic to your website? If you don’t have any traffic, then the plugin won’t update.

Do you have a lot of keywords? Every time you open the rank reporter, it has to grab all the data for all your keywords. If you have more than 100 keywords, I would suggest removing a few.

I wouldn’t recommend more than 100 keywords. I haven’t yet seen Google ban IP addresses, but too many keywords can put a strain on your site every 3 days.

I’ve been having trouble getting the graph to work with IE. In the meantime, I suggest that you use Chrome or Firefox. IE has security problems and is generally a bad browser to work with.

I can see where the problem lies. I modified the Rank Reporter to check Google’s page of 100 results rather than 10 pages of 10 results. I did this to speed up the Rank Reporter. According to this SERP page above, the Rank Reporter is correct. Your site is at #11.

I may consider changing this back.
