In reply to: [Seriously Simple Podcasting] Widget font too largeHi nzcid, I’m curious as to what you changed H4 to in the widget code. My only concern is that this same code appears to control the title sizes in the podcast listings on the podcast page. Did you have any issues there after changing it?

In reply to: [Seriously Simple Podcasting] Widget font too largeDoes anyone else have any idea about this? I can’t imagine that the widgets look very good on other sites either.

In reply to: [Adminer] Invalid CSRF token. Send the form again. This happens for me if the php sessions folder designated in php.ini is not valid. If you are working with your own server or vps, you can remedy this easily by making sure the folder specified exists and has 777 permissions. If you are using a hosting account at a service, open a ticket and tell them what is happening and what normally fixes it, i.e. what I wrote above.
For my part, I believe the problem is the client’s web host (1and1). I’ve had trouble with them before and never use them by choice. I moved to a proper account and the plugin installed fine. I’ve yet to try it out but obviously this was not the plugin’s fault. Thanks.
I tried to install on a fresh copy of 3.1 and it only gets as far as the first line, “downloading…” I tried installing manually and when I try to activate I get
Error 500 – Internal server error
An internal server error has occured!
Please try again later. There are no other plugins installed. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
Excellent! It works perfectly now. I will make sure to tip you with the first money in my Paypal account.
Thanks!
DavidThanks for the prompt reply. That seemed reasonable but I’ve commented out the extra code (used for a slideshow on the main page of the theme) and Q and A still doesn’t work. Have you any other suggestions? It does work when I switch to the default theme that comes with WP so I’m sure it’s in the theme, but after going over it tonight I’m still confused.
Thanks again.

In reply to: Mysterious wp:meta_key fields (dozens)I finally deleted all 7645 rows from wp_postmeta that started with “wpAjax.” I wish I knew more about what they were. The rest of the lines after wpAjax appear to have been encrypted strings, but I’ve been unable to find anything else out. I’m assuming that a plugin created them at some point, but I hope they weren’t important. At least I can create a post now.
If anyone knows more, I would still like to hear about it.

In reply to: Mysterious wp:meta_key fields (dozens)Thanks for the suggestion, esmi. I think I did something similar before, but I just tried as you suggested and the fields are still there when I go to create a new post even with all plugins deactivated. The fields also get saved with the posts.
If I could be sure they were useless, I might try to delete them from the db manually, but I would like to get to the bottom of the cause to prevent it in the future. It has made posting almost impossible.
Thanks.
