    If you do not approve, that’s perfectly fine, and no data will be sent (As this is an opt-in)

    If you click the dismiss button the message should disappear and will not appear again.

    We took the time to go over your concerns through the tickets you have opened and I see that we have managed to resolve most of the issues you have reported.

    On one specific ticket, you have reported multiple issues in the same thread which may have caused a delay in our understanding and reply since we tried to investigate each concern on it’s own.

    I understand the biggest issue you had was the change that wasn’t appearing live on your website.

    this could happen due to caching that is coming from plugins or servers, But in most cases, it is caused by a third-party plugin which may cause a conflict.

    If you have any other concerns we would love to assist you and improve from them.

    I see that we have replied with possible solutions in all of your tickets.

    Elementor has the strictest code standard that should make Elementor as fast it can.

    Regarding your mention about phone support. our support model is including chats and emails only.

    We are always making improvements in our support offering in order to provide a great customer experience including the ticket response and resolution time.

    I understand you had an issue with implementing a template kit from our library.
    This doesn’t happen often, and may be related to third party theme/plugin

    Since our goal was to solve your issue and provide you the best service, we needed to check this issue further,
    therefore we involved Tier 2 to troubleshoot the issue and provide you with a solution.

    We found that you were using a third party theme, and suggested to switch to a different default theme to see if it solves your concern, and still awaiting your reply to know if the issue is resolved using our suggestions.

    Sounds like the service you’re received is not what we’re aiming for. I’m sorry for that and I’m here to help.

    Our chat and ticket system are working fine and around the clock, but I assume the problem could be related to receiving replies from our support or something similar as we maintain communications with thousands of customers each day.
