I did see those mentioned in instructions on your site. I looked for entries and didn’t see any. There are none now in wp_options or wp_usermeta, but there are new entries in wp_postmeta for the images I’ve recently uploaded (and the associated thumbnails) in my new attempts to create and post a gallery. Perhaps there are entries in the other two tables I’m not recognizing?
I see another thread now where you say it’s a bug and will be removed in a future plugin update, so I consider that resolved for now. I have another more serious problem and have created a new topic. Attempting to send a bug report through NextGen website gives me an error message so I’m trying here.
I see I’m not the only one with this problem. Clean install, no other plugins activated, tables deleted or optimized. I also cannot upload an image or add a gallery to a page. html5 interface fails. This is a bigger problem than ever.

In reply to: [Photo Gallery, Sliders, Proofing and Themes - NextGEN Gallery] Locked OutThe Contact page doesn’t load for me at all, on any browser, and I’ve already gone through all the steps in the Support section to get an email sent for unlocking. Nothing works at this time.
I already sent in a support request there yesterday. I have received no response.
I have the same problem, and not the first time. Getting tired of this from NexGen.
Thank you. Temporarily fixed. But previous error messages mentioned NextGen, so I will have to look into all this further.
I’m using NextGen Pro 1.0.10 and the regular Gallery 2.0.66. It’s active now, and the error message on that page is currently:
Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 67108864 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 491520 bytes) in /home/pnventer/public_html/wp-content/plugins/share-and-follow/create-styles.php on line 254

In reply to: Make Custom WP Menu Widget Appear Vertical In SidebarWhite line at bottom border of menu extends out to the right through body of page. It’s visible only on some pages where the text is at the same level as the bottom of the menu. Changing border in the css doesn’t help. Have also tried Custom Menu Widget Wizard plugin.

In reply to: Make Custom WP Menu Widget Appear Vertical In SidebarOops, now there’s a big white line sticking out from it, crossing through the middle of the page. I didn’t see it on the first couple of pages I checked due to content placement.
