Hi,
I use ver. 3.3.1 and have exactly the same problem with that plug-in. I have contacted the creator to see if I can get any advice. If I hear anything I will shout out.
After closing my site, I also got the message next time I launched my site so I could not access my dashboard or any of the site. I needed to use FTP to go to my server and delete the plug-in folder from wp-content/plugins so I could get to the dashboard.
Much reading on similar problems suggests white space before the header in the php file, but I am a php virgin so will wait to see what is suggested before trying to edit php files.
