Hello again, I have checked the website and it is working correctly. It shows the WhatsApp button and when I click it launches the WhatsApp App and opens the chat with the number +52 1 81 **** 3220.

Joinchat always launches users to the WhatsApp App, Joinchat does not send any messages. Since users are redirected to the WhatsApp App, Joinchat is not responsible for any type of error or failure.

Force phone number

By default Joinchat validates phone numbers, being able to choose the country flag and formatting the number. If you want to remove this option and form a complete number, you can do it with this filter:

add_filter( 'joinchat_enhanced_phone', '__return_false' );
