I wonder how you came up such an amazing thought. It’s really cool. I have been working on WordPress CMS for a while and I feel there is no such way to do it.

There is a way to upgrade the plugins manually using FTP, take a look on that.

If you change the page to the desktop version. Then It will affect the SEO rankings of your website. But I feel the users are more important. Give it a thought. ??
