Please, any guidance would be appreciated. I posted here as a last resort. I’ve tried to find a solution to this issue before posting here. Thanks again.

I was never able to get it to work. I even tried debugging the plugin code to see what the problem was, but gave up.

Formstack integrates seamlessly with Constant Contact and that’s what I ended up using.

Too bad because the plugin would have been ideal.

I have tried every suggestion from support and I still can’t get the GForms-CC plugin to recognize my correct username/pw (including the steps listed above).

The username has no numbers or special characters.
The password has no numbers or special characters.
The Constant Contact for WP plugin works just fine.

I have un-installed and reinstalled the plugin.

The Gravity Forms Constant Contact Add-On will not recognize my correct username and password combo.

Any other help or suggestions would be most welcome.
