Thanks Mirza, I just did that.

Just an update, the pre-set amounts work, it’s when I use the “Other” option and enter in my own payment amount that it doesn’t work

Thanks Royho,
Just checked, the server is running 5.3.3
I’ll talk to my host and see about getting that upgraded.
Thanks again,
DaveI just installed Stripe on a site and am getting the same error.
I tried a default theme, I also tried deactivating all unnecessary plugins – no luck.
Any fix for this?

In reply to: Post editor Visual and Text tabs are missingI’m having the same issue with a client site.
After trying all of the fixes I found without success, I cloned the site to my server. On my server, all works fine. Both my server and the clients server are cpanel hosting.
The client told me they recently switched to VPS hosting and that seems to be when the issue occurred.
So there seems to be some setting on the server that is causing the issue.
Does anyone have any ideas?
Thanks,

In reply to: [Video Player] Huge IT Video Player stop playingHi,
My video player also is not working. It works fine for Youtube videos but NOT for videos that are uploaded to my site.
I have tried the following:
Deactivated all plugins.
downloaded the froogaloop.min.js file (Erik’s entry)
Made the Bekah changes.No luck.
I’m running WordPress 4.9.3
Video Player version 10Thanks in advance for your help.
DaveThanks Shawn!
It’s stuck at whatever it was at when I go in to edit a post/page.
If it was on “text” it stays on text, if it was in “Visual” it stays on visual. If i deactivate the plugin, I can go in and toggle over, then re-activate the plugin and it will remain where I put it.
I guess I can work with it like this, but I’m worried that there may be other issues that I’m not seeing.
Dave
Yes, all plugins and WP are up to date.

Hi Shawn,
Thanks for your response. The site was working fine until we added the plugin. Once the plugin was activated, we were unable to toggle between Visual and Text mode in the editor.
I debugged it by deactivating the plugin and retrying. With the plugin deactivated it works fine. Once I reactivated the plugin we once again lost the ability to toggle in the editor.

In reply to: [WP eCommerce] Checkout Page Refreshes w/o Error MessageI’m having this same issue.
I deactivated all plugins, flushed theme and browser cache but still occurs. Everything looks good, but after the purchase button, the Checkout page just refreshes, without any error message.
I tried this in both Chrome and Firefox – same results.
Thanks in advance,
Dave

In reply to: [Polylang] Gallery Not Showing In SafariI just noticed, the pages work in French but not in English.
The site was hacked so there are several thousand “viagra” (and other drugs) pages that were indexed. I’ve removed the hack so the pages don’t exist any longer but Google had already indexed them so they are appearing as missing pages in my webmaster account.
All of the pages end in .html (there are no other .html pages on the site) so I can use that in the .htaccess – I just wasn’t able to figure out specifically how to do it (I’m not good with regular expressions and I couldn’t find an exact fix in Google).
I tried the link you supplied above, but wasn’t able to get any of the examples working. The one below seems to be close (It changes all .html to .php):
RedirectMatch 301 (.*)\.html$ https://www.example.com$1.php
I edited it to try to redirect everything to the home page but it returned an endless loop error in my browser.
Any other ideas would be appreciated.
Thanks in advance,
Dave
