Make sure the wp-content/cache is writable (chmod 777) :
then delete the old wp-content/cache/wp-stats-dashboard/ folder
And reload the dashboard. Let see what happens.

Just fixed it.

Next update it will be 2.7 compatible and maybe one or two cool new features.

If you go to:
https://dashboard.wordpress.com/wp-admin/index.php?page=stats
Mouse-over the “Days” tab and check the data in your browser’s statusbar. Look for the tag “blog=#” where “#” is your blog id.
Also if you have WP-Stats installed the data is automatically filled in when leaving the Blog ID textfield empty.
