OK… My Bad.
I found the “Show rows of the table per page.” in the individual table settings.
but the previous posting would be good for a “Global” setting.

Within your Dashboard of WordPress, goto Media, Upload, and you will see a note:
“Maximum upload file size: 8MB”

It’s not each file size, but you are limited to an aggregate of 8 meg worth of files per upload. (Try several small groups of uploads. ie: if you have 15 meg to upload, upload 2 separate 7-1/2 meg groups at a time.)

You are able to increase this limit if you alter your htaccess file at the server level. If not, ask your server admin to do so. (beware that this protocal is in place to limit your time, as servers have limits on how much time they can run per access.)

I have increased mine to 64meg and seems to work ok.

If someone was wondering, I used an old trick on my large list that some sort programs use. Divide and conquer. I took my spreadsheet list and deleted the last half… then saved as a csv file, then imported as a table. There was no problem in the import. so it had to be in the last half of the database.

So, I restored the full database and then deleted the first half of the rows. Then deleted last half of that result (now 1/4 of the list), saved as a csv file. imported, and had a “Problem”. I now know it was in that quarter of the database.

I kept deleting 1/2 of the result, saving csv, & importing into the table until the table was down to @5 lines, and then started looking square by square for something unusual.

I hope the logic shows through above, I found the problem rather quickly using this method.

You were right.
I found it.

it was the ‘ in “JIM’S”
as you can see, it is different. It showed up as some sort of anchor point looking thing in the table text box.

can you add some sort of filter to the plugin for these sorts of characters/things?

a little bit dirty, but doable in a pinch.
I would like to do this pretty much every day for a project for updates. What I need is to upload it into a plugin called wp-tables-reloaded. That would be an import as a csv file. I really need a plugin to do the dirty work for me.
I need something that I can do quickly on a daily basis.
but… I like your thinkin though…

I got a response back from Artisteer.
they suggested that I disable all of the plugins and enable one at a time. Duh. I found that the Vibe-SEO seems to be the culprit.

The theme is produced by a program called Artisteer. ver 2.5.0.29918 Standard Edition.

I have not had any html expertise into it. The program produced the template. I am forwarding this url to the Artisteer team and see if they can figure out what’s up.
