From the screenshot you provided, it looks like you have correctly mapped the billing phone field in the WhatsApp action, which makes it dynamic. This means the phone number is pulled directly from the customer’s billing information during each purchase.
To fix the issue, when purchasing a product for testing, ensure that you’re using a different phone number for the new customer. The template message will then be sent to that specific number, as it is mapped dynamically based on the purchase.

Unfortunately, SureTriggers does not currently offer the ability to import actions and triggers from other automation plugins. Each automation platform has its own unique configurations, actions, and triggers, which makes direct importation a challenge.
If you’re transitioning to SureTriggers, we recommend manually setting up the workflows within the platform to ensure everything functions as intended.

Thank you for reaching out and providing detailed information about your workflow. The error you’re encountering is since the contact does not exist in the WordPress users. Since AcademyLMS relies on having a WordPress user enroll in the course, the workflow can’t proceed without this step.
To resolve this, I suggest adding a step in your workflow to create the user in WordPress before attempting to enroll them in a course with AcademyLMS. This should ensure the user is properly added and can then be enrolled successfully.
