Hi @gomohr, the GTS plugin is free. And as such we do not offer support. Saying that a free product sucks is rude IMO. Our company spent a great deal of money to develop this plugin and it is a great piece of software. The GTS plugin is installed in over 700 websites so many people are using it with success. The challenge for us as developers of this plugin is that there are thousands of themes out there and not all of them can be translated seamlessly. In some themes, some pages are translated while some pages are not (and indeed return 404s). The great thing about WP plugins is that when they are not working well you can just remove it and find another one.

Hi, I have the same problem. The Content Recommendation widget is not appearing. It was working for at least 2 years on our site but just disappeared. I tried on another browser and same thing. The plugin is activated and I can see the Zemanta dahsboard. But not the widget. Any suggestions?

@esma, the problem was indeed a file that was inadvertently deleted. After restoring it all things are go. Thanks, Dave

Not the answer I am looking for, thanks. The designer made the change to functions.php so the answer lies elsewhere.

Thanks @esmi, it is a custom theme based on Twenty Eleven. But a designer built it for us. It was working fine until yesterday.

Thanks Tobias, I got it to work. When you click ‘Insert Link’ you need to select the link text and not just click inside the cell. The popup instruction was unclear to me.

I appreciate your help and ‘bumped’ you because I wanted to get this over with. No negative vibes intended and it is a good plugin. However, it looks like some of the moderators may be suffering from post-weekend blues. Either that or they don’t have much going on this AM.

What I mean is that I enter a link as per the instructions but no link appears in the live page. I check the table and html code of the link is there but when I preview or publish-the text is not hyperlinked. Please help.

Thanks, we solved the problem in the meantime by pointing the subdomain to a new, empty folder. Then we created a wildcard 301 redirect in WHM CPanel. It worked and I am now closing this thread.
