I am having the same problem. Restarting Apache fixes it, but the problem resurfaces at whim. When users go to submit a comment, they are either taken to a blank page or, in some browsers, asked to DOWNLOAD the .php file.

In case you were wondering, I needed this function because I’m using a static page as my homepage, and I didn’t want it to have the same //title// structure as every other page — so I set the //title// page ID to its own unique title.

Unfortunately, it doesn’t. I’m getting this error:

Unfortunately, even adding that to .htaccess didn’t work.

On my end, only logged in users see the search results page. Non-logged in users simply get the homepage spit back at them when they try searching.
