ya but I dont know what the category is, as I will want this to appear under each unique category,
So if you click category 1 you see a title and description, categor 2 a different title and description, and so on..

is there a way of getting just a feed from my ‘news’ category?

this is puzzling, the mnnav style does not seem to exist in the style sheet and .left style which is the only other class called only contains:

width:168px;

padding:0 23px 0 17px;

font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;

}

how odd because I see a very faint grey dashed line down each column seperator, thanks anyway and thank you for the CSS help I will look into it.

i suppose actaully the best thing would be to find a theme with a left hand menu list for navigation and a customisable header image, any ideas where to look?
