In reply to: [YITH PayPal Express Checkout for WooCommerce] PHP warning – deprecated PHPHi. We’re using Apache PHP v. 8.2.6
Interestingly I just asked our hosting to increase our PHP Max Input Vars to 10,000. Once they had made this change our backend (and frontend when logged in) was running so much faster. In your plugin the queries have stayed the same (to be expected) but we are loading about 80MB in the backend compared to about 200MB previously. Can changing the PHP Max Input Vars really effect the amount of data loading on the backend?

In reply to: [Smart Slider 3] Split screen sliderHi there and thanks for the reply. Do you however have an option to load a different image with each page load? So just one single image in the slider which changes with each page load?
Ahh OK. Well as we use WP Rocket to purge cache (and that is connected to Cloudflare) I think it can all be done just via WP Rocket. Thanks – think all understood now.
OK well I am not using their image optimisation service. Just their free service plus their APO plugin.
OK just so I understand, should I still be following your instructions here and adding the Cloudflare API token / Zone ID to your plugin settings? If I understood you, all this will do is enable your plugin to clear the image cache in Cloudflare? A yes no answer here will help ??
And secondly, do we even need to connect your plugin to our free cloudflare account? The reason I ask is because WP Rocket is linked with our Cloudflare account and when we clear cache via WP Rocket it also clears cache via Cloudflare.
If you suggest we still need to connect your plugin to our free cloudflare acocunt, is it also possible you just give me the settings we need to change in Cloudflare so we do it manually?
There is definitely a point in using Cloudflares APO, which your plugin cannot help with. It massively helps our sites with distributing our static content and html pages via their network. I do not really undertsand why you said there is no point in using it.

OK I am confused now. Maybe you can help me. I do not want to let your plugin change our cloudflare settings, as I have spent time setting them up (based on instruction from another plugin developer).
Have you tested your plugin with Cloudflare and their WP APO plugin? Can you explain what happend if we do not change the settings in Cloudflare whilst using your plugin?
Thanks Mateuz
Hi Mateusz. No I do not use Cloudflare to optimise the images. Your plugin does that. Cloudflare APO is used for serving all our assets via their global network. Yes I could use Cloudflare to optimise my images but it’s a paid service, and I have yours.
Ok let me check your help doc to see what I need to do! It seems to be working having done nothing, but then today I noticed a couple images missing from my home page.
Many thanks. Do you have a URL on your website (privacy policy) explaining about the cookies your plugin loads? Our cookie plugin suggests we add this.
Many thanks. Do we need a cookie popup for your plugin? Can you let us know if your plugin is GDPR compliant and if we can do without a cookie popup?

In reply to: [Email Encoder - Protect Email Addresses and Phone Numbers] Deprecated PHPIt’s a real shame the developer has not even bothered to reply after 3 weeks.
Perfect! Last question. I actually added this snippet via the “code snippets” plugin. In that plugin we can chose to load the script only in the site admin area (rather than also on the front-end). Do you think we need to run this script also on the front-end of the site, or can we load it just in the WP admin area?
Thanks
Many thanks for this. Just to confirm, will this then automatically delete the oldest photos from our server when there are more than 20 image posts?
