Unfortunately I only have my site on localhost.

Note that I had opened a support ticket there with you and a link to a share folder with a copy of a site.

I used All-in-one WP migrator plugin to make a copy.

Also note that I had to roll back to previous WP Form version, because table with previous orders got messed up. You can test it, but PDF file wasn’t sent with newest version either.

Yes, I do have the latest version of both plugins (WPForms got update just today).

Maybe this issue could occur because I’m sending same notification to several mails? One for client, another for my own inbox?.

By the way, how does it work when you have multiple templates? Does it all get sent with email?

Re-activation of plugin did not work.

I had tested a few scenarios and found a workaround: I had to duplicate the form, afterwards the new copy and the original one appeared in the drop-down list. Possibly a cache issue.

It’s Internet Explorer, I’m exclusively using it for working with WordPress.

Also thank you for pointing this out, as I just tested and the menu is working fine on Chrome.
