Great, this worked just fine. The galleries are back up and running.
Thanks for he support, @bradvinWell, it’s not possible to activate the plugin since it’s no longer visible in the list of plugins on the admin bar (while the folder still exists – which to me is a mystery how this is possible).
I suppose when I delete and reinstall the plugin, all galleries I created will be lost? That would be a pity for all the work I have put into it.
Isn’t there a way to recover those galleries before deleting the plugin?Hi @phillcoxon,
I did some troubleshooting and it looks like the Responsive Lightbox & Gallery plugin was giving a conflict. I had this plugin installed and in use on that page. When I deactivated it and switched the lightbox to Foobox, the problem was solved.
So my problem is gone, but perhaps this is something to look into? I can imagine there’s more people using this plugin?Perhaps I’m getting this wrong, but when I use the inspector tool in Firefox or Chromium I get the Poppins font being loaded. Which I tested out with the plugin and certainly isn’t loaded by the theme.
<span style="font-family: Poppins; font-size: 10pt;">
Would be great if you could have a look.
Url is https://www.in-vorm.org
It certainly isn’t browser caching since they load on Firefox, Chromium and Safari as well.
Would be nice to get this solved.
ThanksSorry, “on the wite” should of course be “on the site”.

In reply to: [Jetpack - WP Security, Backup, Speed, & Growth] Jetpack has disappearedThanks, I got Jetpack back up and running. Something still seems not right with the stats, but I’ll wait and see how that works out.
Main problem now is that the plugin gives a conflict with my theme editor. I’m using TagDiv’s Newspaper theme and when I try to edit a page with the TD Composer, I get this message:
Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 268435456 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 80 bytes) in /home/datapanik/domains/datapanik.org/private_html/wp-content/plugins/td-composer/includes/tdc_main.php on line 518
When I disable Jetpack the Composer works just fine.
Any way to resolve his? Thanks for the suggestions, but I’m afraid I can’t afford those prices. I’ll try and solve this another way. Any suggestion would be welcome. Or if anybody had any similar experience?

In reply to: [Plugin: Jetpack] How does Jetpack affect a privacy policy?@tom: Hi, to me it’s not just about legal troubles in the EU. Like you, I was offended by the idea that tracking by Jetpack is camouflaged. So I was violating my visitor’s privacy without me even knowing about it.
Besides that, tracking is totally not necessary for stats. And as I don’t like tracking, google analytics is no option. Altough you’re right, Tom, that it’s better to be open and clear about tracking. But that’s not the way I perceive GA, as being “open and clear”.
@batteriesinc: been browsing through the Counterize plugin page. Looks good. I’ll try it out. I also like the option that Customize doesn’t store IP information.

In reply to: [Plugin: Jetpack] How does Jetpack affect a privacy policy?I’m also interested in this issue. When I check my website with Ghostery, I see a tracker called “WordPress Stats”. Is there a way of getting rid of this tracker while still keeping the stats?
