Thanks @dccharron, I haven’t been able to duplicate the fail, but sometimes the form comes through and the Application_ID is blank, it happens maybe 10% of the time.
The csv is uploaded to another database and the quotes cause it to fail. Shame they can’t be output without the quotes as the csv seems to function fine without them.
