Hi
Just some extra contex perhaps:
I have the same issue, but some users are encountering this on Mobile but not on Desktop. I’ve checked the error logs too, but there are no error logs associated with this issue.
Thanks
Appreciated, thank you
Hi – thanks for a great plugin
I have the same issue – however I don’t want to disable the default login as content creators use this to login, and the customers use my-account. The main issue is that the default registration form hook remains active for bots to abuse with spam registrations, and this should be deactivated if possible?
Thank you

Great, thank you – its working!
Thanks
Hi, Thank you!
However, it broke my site. I got the “
There has been a critical error on this website.
Learn more about troubleshooting WordPress.
” message, when I disabled the plugin via FTP, the my site came back up. I was updating other plugins at the time, so after the updates, I re-enabled it to make sure, and the site went down again. Latest, WP and WC versions.
I couldn’t find a plugin conflict, but I noticed that issue mostly occurs when trying to complete the form in incognito mode, so I added an exception in the cache plugin for the page. It seems like it may have been a cache issue, as once I removed the page from caching, the form behaved consistently, across different sessions and browsers. I’ll see how it goes from here on, If I get more user complaints.
Hi Sandip
I’m still checking through plugins. Keep this open please. This is not resolved.
Thanks
@robin-labadie – these are the only plugins I have in common with your installation.
Contact Form 7 – 5.9.2 WP Crontrol – 1.16.1 WooCommerce – 8.6.1
Yep, all version 2.2.1
Hi, thanks for great plugin.
I can confirm that I also have the same issue as above, commented out the filter and the frontend is back up.
Edit: I have noticed, that on some sites, If I update the plugin, and I get a 500 error, or a terminal error; when I deactivate the plugin and refresh, then reactivate and refresh, the site comes back up normally.
Thanks

Hi, thank you – appreciate the feedback – thanks re: coupons – looking forward to it ??
Thanks – Re: the ID, I was hoping that an WP/WC ID is created for the cart, before the order is posted.
Resolved, thanks.
Thanks for the update! The cart values now show.
Yes the details page was completely empty before, but now after the update I see data. I’m yet to encounter a cart where there are no items in it yet, to confirm conclusively.
I also see a lot more data today than before – perhaps the data had to populate first?
I see the order ID on converted carts, thanks – but there should be a post id already for the active carts too?
Thank you for the fast reply, look forward to the coupon update!
Cheers.
Thanks Mostafa, this has sorted out the issue.
