I have reloaded all of the WP files with a fresh install. I will now try turning off all of the plugins and then I will turn them on one by one and see which is causing the issue.

I will let you know how it work.

Are you sure? I have check and re-saved the image file. Any other suggestions? This issue only start once updated to the newest version of WordPress.

Yes the wp-config.php is still it the root directory. I have updated the wp-config-sample.php with the correct DB info and reloaded the file as wp-config.php into the root level.

I was updating WP and then I hit this issue.

I just downgraded to WordPress 2.7.1. and its working fine now…. was anyone able to repeat the issues?

Same issue here. I thought i Was messing it up. I am new to WordPress but I have done all of the changes ans noted above and 4 fresh installs with still the same issue.

Any other suggestions?
