Resolved this now.

The theme was missing <?php wp_footer(); ?> but when I first put it in; I’d mistyped it!

I’m having a similar problem with https://5thbeverley.ukscouts.org.uk/2013/11/cubs-finish-third-in-county-quiz/
I’ve tried some of the suggestions in other threads but nothing seems to work.

Any help would be appreciated?
