I fixed it by adding
add_header Content-Security-Policy “default-src ‘self’ https: data: ‘unsafe-inline’ ‘unsafe-eval’; connect-src ‘self’ *.example.ca; frame-src ‘self’ https: blob:;” always;
to the nginx.conf file
