Doesn’t this have something to do with filters and not paid vs. non-paid? If it’s only because I need a paid account, please tell me and I’ll buy it. Thanks!

It doesn’t look like it’s because I don’t pay for it though, it says:

Your filter conditions are too strict, so the widget does not show as many reviews as you want (14 pcs). By relieving or deleting a criteria there will be enough reviews, because you have 13 total.

Thanks so much Tom, it worked! ?? I didn’t know what you meant at first when you said to use a “simple block” but you meant a text block. I appreciate your help! ?? Now I just have to figure out why only 10 of my 18 reviews are showing…

Ah ha! Now it is showing up! So I figured out that my hosting provider caches pages sometimes, and it had nothing to do with the theme after all. Whew!

Actually I don’t know how it got fixed. I think it was a caching issue. It just fixed itself!

Hello all – I upgraded to WP Forms Pro.

What I am asking about is the comments, if you scroll to the bottom of a post like this one, for example:

https://darknessandlight.org/5-reasons-im-thankful-for-my-bipolar-diagnosis/

So people can comment, and the comments are held for moderation, but I am not getting notifications that someone has posted and there’s a comment being held for moderation.

I have the boxes checked that say Notify me whenever:

Anyone posts a comment
A comment is held for moderation

I’ve checked that my email address in the Settings section of my dashboard is correct, and the notifications are not in my SPAM folder either.

Could anyone please help? Thanks!

Right now I am using WP Forms Lite. I get comments but no notifications. GoDaddy swears it’s not on their end.

Also – I need to add captcha to my forms and I don’t see it in the lite version.

Should I upgrade to the pro version for captcha and notifications?

If you guys have any other contact form plugins you can recommend that have captcha and work with Olsen Light, that would be great! I’m fine with using whatever as long as it works. And yes, I don’t mind paying for it if it works well.

It’s fixed! Thanks so much! I just enabled old comments and for some reason that fixed this issue too.
