hi, “Global Style Guide” this is global bug? why it not works when enabled?

my steps are:

1. create backup in local storage
2. set restore point to it
3. Restore local backup via restore point link.

after restore, i don’t see in package list that backup name anymore, so i can’t do restore it again. Only see in local storage as orphan backup.

Reusable Blocks Extended plugin. Save new or update existing block.
Rankmath 404 logger shows that block page.

if i use theme responcive, do i need enable mobile cache?
