I tried manually emptying page cache as well but it did not solve the problem for my site.

I just started receiving this same error a couple days ago on my site. Any word yet on a fix?

Ah OK. Not that I don’t trust their expertise but would you have any clue where I can tell them to start trouble shooting this? Would the know automatically what I am talking about if I tell them to check sendmail() configuration?

I am having a similar problem. I switched form Godaddy hosting to BluHost. Now Registration is not working. You can go to my registration page but after you complete the form, no email goes out with a password, I am not notified of a registration and my admin panel shows no registration.

That is great news. I am going to hold off doing anything. Do you have an ETA on the next release?

I have not heard anything back yet from the author. The only thing I did was mess the frequency of the refresh. As far as I could tell the plugin can’t handle the refresh rate if set too frequently. So, I changed it to ever hour. I am sure every hour whomever on my site is seeing the same error. It’s just not likely to be seen more often if you have it set to refresh more frequently. It’s the only solution I could find. I might see if I can find another plugin.

Problem resolved. Thanks to the support team of my WordPress theme. I never did get a response or any support from the author. However, it is no longer an issue. For those that have future issues with IE10 and the Stars rendering incorrectly…here is the resolution. Go to GD Star Rating>Settings>Features> – Check the box labeled “Disable checking for IE6 and IE6 specific settings”. This will disable those icons and allow IE10 to render the stars correctly in IE10’s default mode.

I confirmed the plugin has not been tested with IE10 and hopefully, that will be completed and updated to ensure future compatibility with IE10 as that user base grows.

I am getting the same error. Does yours go away after a minute or so? Because it appears to me this happens when the plugin is trying to refresh. Once the refresh cycle is over it appears to go away.

I know this is unrelated guys but I started playing with this plugin. I think I have it working the way I want. As stated above the documentation is sparse. Can you tell me what the Multi “sets” are used for? I have multi-rating turned on but I have not created any sets. I wasn’t sure how to use them.

Is it so more then one person at the site level can review something?

Just an update. I also tested IE10 using compatibility mode and IE9 Mode, IE8 mode etc. When you do the stars render correctly. It’s the default mode of IE10 that renders them incorrectly. It appears this is an issue with the plugin itself.

Can you please respond if this can be fixed? If not, I might have to go with another plugin. I can’t tell all the site visitors to change their browsers to compatibility mode.

Great find pedjas. Should I be concerned with it causing any other kind of performance hit if I change the 12 in that line to zero? If I have w3 cash plugin, do you know if I have to worry about anything there overriding this?

This is a big problem for me as well. If you run a site with any kind of media presence, the expectation is immediate updates. Please update this widget. I would also be interested to in finding out if there is anything I can do. I have notices several cache plugins but I am not sure any of those will give me what I am looking for.
