In reply to: Help Needed: Changes from Parent Theme to Child Theme@halo-diehard @keithdriscoll I had the theme backed up, but when I tried that it broke the theme which I was able to restore. I got a message about a missing index.php.
After restoring, I’m back to square one on modifying the theme. Any ideas?

In reply to: Need New Section and NameIt might just be some static or featured information, such as opening closing information or a welcome to readers that does change a lot, but the user may want to change from time to time.
If it’s included in the posts or pages sections it may get lost in the dashboard section among those as they tend to have new items added more regularly.

In reply to: CSS Space EditingI discovered the modifying area. It’s in the content area under:
#main {
padding: 40px 0 0 0;I changed this to 20px.
The changes suggested helped a bit as well, I must correct myself to say. Thanks for the help in looking in this direction!

In reply to: CSS Space EditingThanks very much for the reply. Unfortunately, that didn’t really change the spacing much.
Anything else I could try?
