I sent an email last week and am yet to receive a reply. It it vital we have this fixed asap as our client is currently unable to use sendpress as the subscriber lists are not accurate.

I am not sure why we have pro support when no one gets back to us on it?

The page is currently working but as of 5 minutes ago it wasn’t.
No changes have been made our end to fix this. This issue comes and goes.
