Hi. To clarify it is a issue that shield picks up which comes from my other plugin (modern event calendar). I don’t think it is an issue with shield itself.
I included the line previously from the other plugin which the error in shield refers to. The developers of the other plugin states it is standard code from a common library and therefore shouldn’t cause an issue.
My query is to if you have come across this before and therefore may have an insight into solution.
As I mentioned the very weird thing is that if I create a staging site from my site (ie staging2.XXX) then the issue does not exist. However I also tried to create a fresh WordPress install with just shield and modern event calendar installed and came up with the same error.

I correct myself:

The error is with this line

public function __construct(?string $locale, MessageFormatterInterface $formatter = null, string $cacheDir = null, bool $debug = false)

in this app file

modern-events-calendar/app/vendor/symfony/translation/Translator.php

The developer says it is a popular and common library and is not an issue. However, it breaks my Shield security. If I disable the plugin then I can access Shield but this is not ideal.

If I make a copy to a staging site the issue goes away (that’s where I changed the theme for the previous conclusion). But if I try the combo on a fresh site install I get the same error.

Not sure what to do now!

FYI I have tried this on a staging site with a different theme (astra) and disabling most other plugins and still get the same issue

If it helps you to know, i have only recently installed the plugin (2-3 days) and I swear that lazy loading worked fine initially!

All caches are actually currently disabled (production site). I have also cleared my browser cache and tried across various browsers (mainly shows up on mobile device due to more images being out of viewport). I was using responsive gallery, have switched to a different gallery but same result.

I’m having a similar issue with a single gallery with lazy load activated. It will load x many photos, then the rest come up as grey boxes that are not interactable and no image will appear

Thanks. I have found the issue to be with merging inline scripts, once I exclude all then the main problem was no more (though discovered a secondary problem with main style sheet from theme which also needed to be excluded). Thanks for your advice

Thanks. I tracked it down to the shortcode no longer working in a custom HTML widget (it was before!). By loading the shortcode in a text widget it is working again!

Hi. Yes I can confirm it is still activated. I removed the center tag but it doesn’t make a difference. I’m a bit stumped !

Sorry more questions (I have bought the plugin and trying to figure things out!). Is there any way to have a custom booking form per event?

A disable would be a great option!
I am getting an issue with the schema whereby for an event it is picking up the html code as the description. I am using Gutenberg to create the page (block editor not disabled). Is there a way to get this to pick up the excerpt or at least parse it to remove the paragraph tags etc?

Also can I disable social and add to calendar on a per event basis. I can see a way to css it out but is there a back end option somewhere I am missing?

I am having a similar issue with the shortcode on pages only.
The shortcode works fine on posts.
Disqus loads fine on pages if I don’t use the shortcode.
When using shortcode on pages I see the code loaded in page source, but nothing displays on page.
Hope to see some resolution on this soon!
