    That worked. Thank you. The siteurl entry and home entry were two different syntax in the database. I just missed the “home” entry.

    Esmi, I have previously followed all your suggestions and just in case, I went through and did them all again. Unfortunately the problem persists.

    John, your suggestion led me to something interesting. After searching through their GoDaddy Account on how to activate error logs, I found that they are on what GoDaddy refers to as “Legacy Shared Economy Hosting.”

    I searched around about this and many people have had success in switching to the new Grid based hosting option. Regardless, I have instructed my client to make the free switch to it, as it will at best fix the issue and at worst allow me to enable error logs.

    Has anyone heard of these server type issues with GoDaddy before. I am inexperienced with the company. The switch takes three days, so if I have any new info I’ll post it here in the hopes that it will be helpful.
