Did you ever find a solution for this? I seem to have the same error occuring and facebook help has been horrible.

I’m pretty sure this isn’t a WordPress issue as I went through nearly every possibility of what could be wrong. Reset the site to backups.

What’s odd is I had it working but, had to reset the plugin as I made a mistake for an option selection. Once I tried to set it up again I now have this error and I’ve now tried 50 plus times to get it back working.

Hopefully you found a solution.

I’ve posted multiple times about the issue in my previous post and its been probably close to 2 months and I can’t get a response.

I did some testing. I tried using storefront and the same issue with WooCommerce blocks occurs. If I use the standard shortcode that comes default with WooCommerce the cross-sells show up just fine with either my original theme (hello by elementor) or storefront.

I also went ahead and deactivated every plugin (even elementor) outside of WooCommerce and the issue still persisted.

On my staging site I even updated the woocommerce blocks to latest version with no help.

Hi,

I have the same or similar issue when using the Elementor Pro Gallery widget only when Steroids is activated.

Builder: Elementor Pro
Theme: Hello Theme
Plugins: I disabled all other plugins and issue still remained.
Hosting: WPengine

WordPress and all plugins updated to most recent.

Issue 1: The gallery thumbnails do not appear when the lazy load is turned on. If lazy load is turned off the thumbnails appear.

Issue 2: I cannot scroll to the bottom of the page (Lazy load does not impact this, its an issue either way). For some reason when an elementor pro gallery is on the page when viewing the page live you can only scroll down through a portion of the page before it prevents you from scrolling to the bottom. If you view the gallery

You can only scroll past the gallery widget and to the bottom of the page if you click on a thumbnail or an area where the thumbnail is supposed to be and load lightbox. Then after closing lightbox it will then allow you to scroll to bottom of the page.

This is not an issue with the standard elementor gallery widget but that one lacks functionality and looks no where near as good.

In the settings I selected and turned on

“enable free hand mode”

This solved my problem. You will just need to reapply data-scroll-section attributes manually to the sections you want it on.

I disabled the images in the sitemaps and that appeared to work. If i decide to re enable i’ll try the short codes method. thanks for your help and quick response.

Just to add my experience…I tested this last night on version 5.2 and did not have any issues as of yet. The plugin stayed activated for me after network activating as well. Just be sure that the plugin is network activated after wprocket is? But so far so good on my staging multisite network.

So then I guess a question would be can we differentiate cloud computing vs. a cloud web solution? Almost like SaaS?

The hosting setup may not be necessarily a cloud based host/although I may use cloud hosting. But from a client standpoint offering a solution through multisite would appear to a customer as a cloud based software/web solution I would think? They are using a solution without any physical hardware themselves form a pre set web solution that they sign up for, use and manage all from the web?

I know that defining the cloud can be difficult due to it in many cases being a marketing term but I feel as though you can also look at me having 350 client sites all using the same theme/solution etc to run their sites from one install of the product cloud.

Just my thoughts and wanted to see what others thought. I’m trying to approach my marketing in the best way.
