Thanks ivorjohn, your solution helped me. the new version of wordpress adding extra / before the root under:
Settings>Media>Store uploads in this folder
if you remove it, it will wor fine.

I figured it out, here is the code incase some one wants it, just remember you have to replace admin in value=admin by the user name you want to receive message from user.(if your admin user name is different):
