I figured it out.

UPDATE:

I changed the method and instead of adding the code to header.php I added them to the right header widget. All good, except one thing.

Can someone please advise how to remove the hover completely?

Hi

I tried that but it puts the text to0 far to the right and moves the sidebar down the page too far.

I managed to find where to left align the post titles but I still cannot see what is making this post(coombeandsharpe.com/Blog/landscaping/hello-world/) go too far left.

I tried that but it made no difference, so I did a reinstall. Now the post text is not left aligned in the same position on the Recent Posts page, to get it left aligned on the other pages I added a negative margin but that has pushed the text to far over on the Recent one.

Also I can’t get the titles to left align.

Thinking I may need to change themes ??

I have a bigger problem now. When I type a post in the editor it has spacing between each word, But when I save it it look like Hello Hello Hello, all on one line.

Yes the theme has a custom css file, I added the code you posted and that got rid of the Filed in part but it did not get rid of the Posted by and date?

I tried adding the code below to style.css
.entry-meta .info-date,.entry-meta .info-author{display:none !important;}
But it made do difference, anyone?

I sorted it.

I can fix this by adding a – margin (under advanced, in the image section). However not the easiest for a client. I there anyway to make it WYSIWYG?

UPDATE:

In case anyone else is having the same issue, I sorted it by removing add_editor_style(); from functions.php
