I have the same issue and importing wp_options isn’t working.

I can see all form and setting in the sql file, but after import the plugin resets everything to default, asks for Organization ID and none of the previous forms remain, instead a new default form with today’s day is created. Default everything!

Recreating all forms from scratch would take a very long time, is there another way to export/import previously created forms?

My problem is a little different: no images are uploaded, and no error displayed.. but the records are stored into database. It is as if everything is OK, I have the list of banners and all, but no preview and no files are uploaded to wp-content/uploads/year/month/ folder… HELP!

Thanks! The same problem here. After adding wp_footer everything works nicely. It’s strange but I didn’t had the problem in WP 2.8, or didn’t noticed it.. it appeared now after uploading to 2.8.1
