WooCommerce Payments doesn’t used Google Maps JavaScript API, it looks like the issue is coming from some other plugin actually.
Can you please try to setup a staging website and activate only WooCommerce and WooCommerce Payments and see if you are able to replicate this issue?

Upon checking those products further, it looks like the issue originates from how Google is rendering your products.
I just checked your following product in the Google Rich Result tool, and I can confirm that the current currency is showing as SAR:

Regarding WooCommerce, I cannot see any issues as WooCommerce only generates the schema, and it is the responsibility of search engines to render it.

Most probably, the issue is coming due to the configuration of webhooks. Webhooks are used by Stripe to communicate with your site. It provides information such as the status of the payment, and is used to update the order based on certain events from Stripe’s side of things.
