Hi,
dev team is investigating about a possible fix with the next plugin release.
In the meantime you can delete the code manually in two ways:
- From admin panel you can find the block and remove it
2. You can do it directly from the database
Currently, checking the code of your website we can’t find the code you are pointing out so we guess that in the meantime you have resolved the issue.

Can you please try to switch parsing engine in our plugin?
- In the Cookie Solution area of our plugin, click “Configure”;

Most of the times, this can solve this kind of issues.

if you want to disable our Automatic blocking you should go on iubenda.com -> Automatic Blocking settings -> Edit and disable it from here https://prnt.sc/VZxNFIYJW0E0
Then you can:
- delete the cache in your website and wait approximately 30mins, the automatic blocking checkbox in our plugin will be updated;
- If you are adding the banner script in our plugin, if possible copy the script from the dashboard and replace the one in the plugin’s settings;

in generale abbiamo verificato che con gtm4wp e/o woocommerce google analytics integration potrebbero esserci dei problemi comuni riguardo l’evento “purchase” se si utilizza la nostra funzionalità di autoblocking.
Si risolve facilmente recandosi nella sezione “Autoblocking” e disabilitare “block inline scripts” dalle impostazioni di autoblocking.
Ad ogni modo sebbene non esista documentazione specifica su questo argomento, non risultano altri problemi, in quanto di base iubenda rilascia il segnale relativo a Google Consent Mode, che i prodotti Google sono in grado di leggere.

To change the font family of the banner, you can add a custom CSS snippet in the?
<head>
?tag of your website. Here’s an example of how you can do it:<style>
#iubenda-cs-banner [class*=" iub"], #iubenda-cs-banner [class^="iub"]{
?font-family: ?Georgia, sans-serif !important;
}
</style>This will set the font-family of the banner to Georgia. You can replace “Georgia, sans-serif” with the font-family of your choice.
For a more advanced customization, you can use the
applyStyles
parameter and set it tofalse
. This will exclude the default CSS applied to the banner. Then, you can use Iubenda’s CSS as a starting point and add your own<style>
tag to the page with the CSS you want for your banner.“applyStyles”: false
