First of all login to your hosting>File Manage>Pulic_html>include>plugins> remove mplugin.php file. Check the theme function file manually and remove code that looks terrible.
Reason:
This occurred because of nulled themes and Plugins, so please don’t use these plugins and themes, instead buy licensed themes and plugins for your Website.
