@adamdunnage I have read all your replies and submitted the site details through the form link you provided. I also deactivated and deleted the plugin and did the installation again, but getting the same response.

Every time we send credentials to users they get the same message: https://snipboard.io/JorgWp.jpg

We have given users 15 day permissions and unlimited and they still get the same message. This plugin doesn’t work anymore.

We are facing a similar issue where every single new user is being replicated on our Stripe account weather they are purchasing / subscribing or not. We are a membership site and every time someone new registers their details are created in Stripe.

We have looked into your above suggestions setting > accounts & privacy but don’t quite understand how these options work.

Allow customers to create an account during checkout
Allow subscription customers to create an account during checkout
Allow subscription customers to create an account during checkout
Allow customers to create an account on the “My account” page
When creating an account, automatically generate an account username for the customer based on their name, surname or email
When creating an account, automatically generate an account password

When it says “Allow customers to create an account….” does it mean allow them to create an account on Stripe or WC?

We have subscription option and would like people to create, pay, cancel their subscriptions from WC. So what is the best option for us to select?

@wfpeter I have added all the IP Addresses from WF IP to our own IP’s used bu this server. How do I know if the problem is fixed?

I have also cycled through all options and none of the IP’s match? We are not using any VPN or anything. What do we do next?

So we are only Cloudflare and I saw one item on the list related to CF. I have selected that option. However on our servers we also have an option to decrypt CF IP Address at the NGINX settings. Hope this will not interfere with the WF option?

I have checked and can confirm that FORCE FROM EMAIL is correct and after doing the TEST EMAIL the alert disappears. However it appears again after a day or two,….

How do we fix this?
