Forum: Fixing WordPress
In reply to: Site CrashedWho is your website hosting through? It seems very slow to me. My guess is an incompatibility with your hosting (PHP version for example), or an incompatibility with another plugin or theme. You could try disabling all plugins and try and install it. if it still fails, try again with a default wordpress theme (Twenty-twenty three for example) and if it still fails then it is server setup. Other option is to try Yoast SEO instead.
Random question, are you legally required to have the age verification part when you visit the website?

In reply to: Site CrashedI can’t offer support for free i’m afraid – although I do run a web development company so if you were to pay for time we can go through official channels..
Happy to guide on here though.

In reply to: Why is my site displaying this error? Can’t seem to see any error messages? Is it there when you are logged out? What does the error say?

In reply to: Site CrashedMy Advice would be to login to your hosting file browser/ftp and having a look at the PHP Error log. You will likely find this in the public_html folder root. If it is being caused by the SEO plugin, go to wp-content/plugins/(pluginname) and rename the plugin folder to something else like -old and it will disable it. Then you can look into why that happened once the site is back up.

In reply to: [Booster for WooCommerce] Turn Tax Toggle into a checkbox@pedrodigitalgreen this is perfect thanks, I didn’t realise that you could use attributes on the shortcode as I didn’t find it in any documentation!
Yea I used the toggle input button in the end and styled it too. Hopefully, a checkbox style will come in due course.
Thanks for the info.
@gravid7 You should add this information in to the documentation/instructions.

In reply to: [Booster for WooCommerce] Turn Tax Toggle into a checkbox@pedrodigitalgreen That works a treat, thank you very much. Did you manage to also get the filter to change the text on the actual toggle button as well?
Thanks again,

In reply to: [Booster for WooCommerce] Turn Tax Toggle into a checkboxA filter would be great. I am using jquery to change the input value currently, but it is a little clunky as it jars with a delay in changing.
Are there any filters or actions for this text?
Did you find a solution @pedrodigitalgreen ?
Thanks Dan

In reply to: [Booster for WooCommerce] Turn Tax Toggle into a checkboxAlso, is there a way to output the text Inc VAT and Ex VAT (based on the toggle selection) on the WooCommerce price as a suffix?

In reply to: [Booster for WooCommerce] Turn Tax Toggle into a checkboxHi David, thank you for your reply.
Regarding the toggle idea – This could be easier implemented if you used a <button> rather than <input> within the form, as I can manipulate it better with CSS.
Is there a way I can change the text on the button as it is?
Thanks
DanI believe this is a false positive, triggered by Wordfence seeing that Google has flagged the actual Vonino website as ‘could harm your computer’. It is flagging up within two plugins on one of my sites. They are comments referencing Vonino tablets/phones – always in a mobile detect file.
This can be resolved by simply removing the commented lines with the URL.

In reply to: [Brilliant Web-to-Lead for Salesforce] ERR_EMPTY_RESPONSE on form submitHi Nick,
Humm, unusual. Please can you confirm the recommended server requirements, ie. php ver, allowed IP’s etc? I’m wondering if Wordfence could be blocking it, have you experienced this before?
Also, is there anything that needs to change on the plugin to enable the new API, or is it enabled by default?
Many thanks

In reply to: [Dynamic Widgets] Specific UserThanks for your reply
Do you think there is an easy way to implement this though? My user list won’t be huge (like 15) as I’m not letting the public sign up to it.
Cheers
DanGreat, cheers! I will update now
Brill, OK, I will check and update soon.
On another note, i’m thinking about using this for collaboration tool on a wordpress based intranet soon. I would be purchasing the premium version for this because of the features needed. Is there a way to use it without requiring a logon?
Cheers
DanBrill, now 100% wide.
Thinking about upgrading to paid version, but until then is there a way to remove the project box from the uploader, as it doesn’t work.
Thank you
Dan
