Thank you also for your comprehensive feedback. I can use this to make it better. It would not be that hard to do what you are describing. Actually, I already have something similar but then it shows the service providers chat in the dashboard and always on top. It should not be hard to adept that code to make it use 2 chats: the clients for the frontside and the service providers chat in the dashboard. I could make a beta test for you to try?

PS. the back to top part can be solved with css or placing the widget on the other side at the bottom.

@wasanajones I have been thinking about updating the plugin for some time now. I have an general idea what it should become with the next update. I want to make 2 tabs and one for the frontend settings and one for the backend. Also I want to make it aware of WooCommerce and add extra settings for WooCommerce pages. See the sketch I made below. Would this also offer you would you are wanting?

Sorry did not see this before but to still answer your question: this is outside of the scope of the plugin. You could ie use Google Tag Manager for your needs and then include it in your WP site with the Scripts and tags manager. You can include all sorts of events, triggers, js and stuff with GTM and more.

To resolve your problem please run the update for your Scripts and Tag Manager plugin and to the latest version 1.1. If the problem remains I would very much like to hear so but this should do the trick.

For if your interested. The problem was that with WordPress 4.7 the way options are stored was changed. This causes a error message in the backend when debug output is enabled on the server or for WordPress but will keep working at the front side and not output errors there.

Sorry never saw this post. To answer your question be it a bit late: this is outside the scope of the TawkTo Manager plugin. All this sort of behavior is generated by the tawk.to script it self. This plugin only inserts it where convenient and with specific options for easy use. Try asking on tawk.to?

sabarigiri90 are you running live chat also? Disable it and see what happens. In console output I see it crashing and probally makes all other scripts like TT also not execute? I see this error on pages without any chat and not on pages with the chat.

I’m still awaiting a response JanPaull999. If I know how I could extend this plugin, then I would… So much to learn, so little time…

Thanks that solved it!

I forgot I turned debug mode on when installing the API for Drive. Indeed it would be nice to confine the debug output to one screen so one knows where it’s from or where to look for it.
