I’m having the same problem. Deactivated the plugin. All customers are complaining.

This is still a problem. I have upgraded my core and WooCommerce… deactivated plugins and cleaned cache. What I’m getting is that there’s some custom filter being added to some orders that are blocking them from showing in the modal.

Problem still persists.

Vi agora alguns posts no github sobre o assunto. Vi que o problema é com o plugin mesmo. Consegui arrumar usando o snippet de fun??es disponível no GitHub. Vou testar agora a compatibilidade com o Checkout Field Editor

Acredito que você precisaria usar um plugin mais completo para isso. Pelo que entendi, esse plugin é mais para cumprir com os dados obrigatórios que a Moip, Pagseguro e outros exigem (como por exemplo CPF / CNPJ )

Thanks for replying! I’m going to test this out. Just a question.. if I want to change the cancelation to like 9 days, i would chage this:

strtotime('-2 days') ) ) );

to strtotime('-9 days') ) ) );

correct?
