I am not accusing ?? just seeing a cache problem and not using other plugins i thought Litespeed Cache in some way created this problem (probably not?)

I’ve understood that problem is in htaccess (don’t know who modified it because i am not a developer so i am just trying to understand) where i am reading this:

Anyway their support tried to solve this bug, and are been very polite with me…
At the end it looks like my website prevent to use this service, and shortpixel refund me. Thanks for the support!

I inserted a wrong email and i can’t use the plugin now because your RESET BUTTON doesn’t work

Strange issue for a plugin who sells the “forget me” cookies service ?? ?? ?? ??

It’s a shame, but i will move to another plugin

Ps. Having paied 85$ i don’t want to have issues from any plugin updates, if it could have the permissions to modify posts and pages to insert link anyone could use the plugin and remove it, as i wanted to do.
It’s not necessary to keep ALL PLUGINS ON when someone has “static” contents that are updated any some time.
85$ for 10000 internal link at once was OK – keep the plugin even without what i expected is letting me loose a lot of time
